Out of 28,099 people in Pontotoc County-only 6,142 people work with-in Pontotoc County,WHY?
That leaves 21,957 people working in other Counties or OUT OF WORK.
I know I have two friends and my good neighbor all have to drive to Belden and work,with gas at $3.00/gal. that takes MORE money out of their pockets.
Money they would have spent on items in Pontotoc County-raising our County expenditures.
That comes down to less money spent in Pontotoc County bringing down sales tax;less money in the County budget to handle projects in Pontotoc County!
I believe in giving tax incentives' to Companies willing to stay in Pontotoc County willing to hire people.
I want to work and bring jobs BACK TO PONTOTOC COUNTY so you will bring home more money to spend in Pontotoc County!

2011 is the TIME for a CHANGE We can NOT AFFORD to wait FOUR MORE YEARS!
I believe in all my heart that COUNTY GOVERNMENT has to serve the PEOPLE of PONTOTOC COUNTY;NOT the PEOPLE serving COUNTY GOVERNMENT!
I have heard "with your help we can do this and do that"THAT IS TOTALLY WRONG!
We elect people to handle the buisness in County Government IE: Bringing jobs back,if you could bring your job back would you not do it?
It is up to OUR SUPERVISORS' to bring jobs back and they have not!
It is up to OUR SUPERVISORS' to work and maintain our County roads,if you could would you not maintain YOUR county road?
It is up to our Supervisors' to support our Law Enforcement Officers so they can protect us better!
It is up to our Supervisors' to keep our taxes down,if you could would YOU not lower your taxes?
ALL OF THIS is UP TO OUR SUPERVISORS' to TAKE CARE OF THE PEOPLE'S NEEDS;YOU did your part by hiring the most qualified and experienced person to take care of the peoples needs.
If they did their job why are all those empty buildings in the industrial park?
If YOU did not do YOUR JOB,at work,would YOUR BOSS not get somone else to do it?
YOU are the boss because you do the hiring with YOUR VOTE.
August 2,2011 you will go and elect someone to be YOUR SUPERVISOR.
We can NOT wait four more years to see if something is going to happen;we need someone who is going to make it happen.
It is time to hire the most QUALIFIED and EXPERIENCED person to CHANGE the way things are ran in Distrct 2.
"CHANGE SHOULD BE MORE THAN A CAMPAIGN SLOGAN!!"
